Welcome to NSA!!
The purpose of this site is for all anglers in the North to have a home to get together and swap hints, tips and stories about their specimen catches.
Here on NSA a specimen is anything from a Gudgeon, to a Roach ,to a Tench or Carp!! Whether its a personal best, a new British record or even just a nice fish we want to hear about it!!

From today NSA members will be able to get discounted bait from our shop NSA Baits. There are some terms and conditions (to avoid freeloaders who don't contribute to Northern Specimen Angling) which you will need to read first before placing an order.

Hi everyone,
NSA Baits has now been separated from Northern Specimen Angling forums. Now before anyone asks why it has been done purely for advertising purposes to promote the business. We are not abandoning NSA either, before we get asked that question.
The main reason is that www.northernspecimenangling.com don't fit too well on a baseball cap or a breast badge. let alone on a sticker on our baits.
So from now on when you click on the NSA baits link on the main page you will be red...

The NSA Bait Shop is now complete and orders are being taken. As promised the prices are rediculously cheap. After finding extra suppliers we have even more sections to the bait shop than originaly planned. Have a look around and hopefully you will be surprised at the prices and products available!
Don't forget what we have said before!
